I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all support. Your life is unique, so my style is eclectic, which just means I mix and match different tools to fit you, not a textbook.

Here is a quick look at the tools we can use, explained simply:

  • Rewiring Thoughts (CBT): We’ll catch those negative, looping thoughts that make you feel stuck and practice reframing them.

  • Handling Big Emotions (DBT): Think of this as emotional heavy-lifting support. It gives you concrete skills to survive stressful moments and find balance.

  • Focusing on the Future (SFBT): While the past matters, we will focus on your strengths and map out practical, real-world steps to get you where you want to be.

  • Hitting Pause (Mindfulness): Simple practices to help you tune into the present moment, quiet the chaos, and find a sense of calm.

 

Gentle, Creative, and Safe

  • Trauma-Informed Care: I understand that heavy or painful past experiences shape how we protect ourselves today. We will always move at a pace that feels completely safe for you.

  • Creative Expression: Art deeply helped me navigate my own hardest chapters, and I use it as a gentle tool in sessions too. You don’t need to be an artist—sometimes doodles, colors, or images say what words can’t.
